Directions: Without blinking, hold the brush horizontally and apply mascara starting at the outer corner of your eye. Start at the base of the lashes and work your way to the tips in a rotating motion. Use the tip of the brush on the short, fine hairs in the inner corner of the eye. 1–2 coats of mascara are enough. Hold the brush at the base of the lashes for a few seconds to rotate the lashes.

When applying mascara to the lower eyelashes, place a tissue or cotton under the eyelid. Then apply glitter to the eyelashes. Remove with water.
